Company sales are segregated into four main classifications: Guam, Saipan, Micronesia and Foreign.

Guam is the largest sales territory. The Guam staff includes the sales manager, two assistant sales managers, two indent, or direct-ship sales representatives, and three warehouse sales representatives. Augmenting the sales effort is a team of five full time merchandisers. Guam is also responsible for developing opportunities with U.S. based, export focused chains such as Cost U Less.

Saipan is the next largest territory. Activities are managed jointly by the Guam based sales manager and the Saipan resident manager. One representative manages indent sales. Three representatives handle warehouse sales. These efforts are supported by one full time merchandiser.

Sales to Micronesia are managed from Saipan by an assistant sales manager dedicated to this market. Quarterly trips are planned for each key island. Recently the company has made a dedicated effort to broaden the exclusively U.S. product orientation with regionally manufactured products. Micronesian customers have the option of placing mixed manufacturer, full container load orders from the U.S. West Coast or placing smaller quantity orders of regional products from Saipan.
